All submitions must be original.

1. Important dates

      •   Early Bird Deadline: June 10, 2025 – $30

      •   Final Deadline: June 30, 2025 – $35

2. Accepted mediums & categories

   1) Visual Arts:

      •   Painting: Oil, acrylic, watercolor, ink, mixed media

      •   Sculpture: Clay, metal, wood, installation (submit high-quality photos)

      •   Digital Art: Illustrations, 3D renders (No AI-generated work)

  2) Written Contributions:

      •   Art Research: Critical essays, historical analyses

      •   Art Education: Teaching methodologies, pedagogical studies

 

3. Selected artists will

    1)  Be featured in both the print and digital editions of Art Horizons

    2)  Free digital portfolio kit: Flipbook + printable PDF

    3)  50% Print Copy Reimbursement: When you purchase the magazine on your local Amazon site, you will receive $13.75 back (50% of the original price of $27.50) via PayPal or Venmo.​

4. Submission Guidelines for Artworks

1. Up to 5 works may be submitted

2. High-resolution JPEGs (at least 1500 px wide)

3. Image format: High-resolution JPEGs (at least 1500 px on the longest side).

4. File naming format:

   • FirstName_LastName_Medium_Title_SizeInCM_Year.jpg

   • (Example: Jane_Doe_OilOnCanvas_Whispers_60x80_2023.jpg)

5. In your email or submission form, also include:

   • Title

   • Medium

   • Size in cm (H x W or H x W x D for 3D works)

   • Year of creation

   • Short artist bio (max 200 words)

   • Optional: Artist statement (max 150 words)​​

5. Submission Guidelines for Articles (Research/Education)

1. Word count: 800–3500 words

2. Format: Word document

3. Include a title, your name, and a short bio

4. Optional: related images (with captions and credits)
